All the Intellectual property rights of this platform and all the materials related to it or that show on it (which includes any content that Whizzy presents, enrolls, as well as the entire content downloaded on the platform by Whizzy is a property of Whizzy and Whizzy has the right to disposition of property. You shall not produce or allow any person, for any reason, to use or reproduce the services or any trademarks or any other trade names that appear in services.
Whizzy reserves the right to impose new fees for using the platform or the service or both. If Whizzy decides to impose new fees, you shall be notified and allowed to pursue or terminate the contract.

The contract between you and Whizzy is unlimited. You have the right to terminate the contract at any time by removing the platform installed on your smartphone completely. Thus, disabling your use of the platform and the service. You can close your user account at anytime.
Whizzy has the right to terminate the contract immediately at anytime (By disabling your use of the platform and the service), That is in case you did any of the following: a) The violation or breach of any of user conditions, b) if Whizzy deems that you misuse the platform or the service. Whizzy does not have to send previous notifications of terminating the contract.

• You possess the necessary power and authority to enter into this contract. Therefore, you will not violate any laws or agreements. Furthermore, you do not have any outstanding warrants, arrests, or claims against you by security entities.
Pledges and guarantees

• You will abide by all the laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
• You will provide accurate and up-to-date information to Whizzy Co FZOC and promptly update it as necessary.
• You will review and comply with any notices sent to you by Whizzy Co FZOC regarding your use of the services provided by the Whizzy Co FZOC platform.
• You will use the service and platform solely for lawful purposes and will not engage in the delivery or receipt of any illegal materials or fraudulent activities.
• You will not use the service or platform to harm, harass, or inconvenience others.
• Both the customer and the service provider associated with Whizzy Co FZOC have the right to cancel a request before it has started. Once the request has commenced, cancellation is not permitted. Green zone cancellations are free if the service provider has not accepted the request. However, in the orange zone, a charge of 15% up to 15 AED applies, and in the red zone, a charge of 20% up to 20 AED applies upon canceling the service.
• The orange zone begins one hour prior to the requested time, while the red zone starts when the service provider reaches the designated destination.
• You consent to the exchange of information among companies within the Whizzy Co FZOC platform regarding your completed transactions and for the purpose of rating your interactions.
• You will not interfere with the smooth operation of the Whizzy Co FZOC platform.
• You will not attempt to harm the service or platform through any means.
• You will not copy or distribute the platform or its contents without obtaining written permission from Whizzy Co FZOC.
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password or any other identification methods provided by Whizzy Co FZOC for accessing your account.
• The order may not precisely match your requested order.
• At the sole discretion of Whizzy Co FZOC, you agree to provide any evidence necessary to verify your identity in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

The customer will remain blocked until the outstanding service fees are settled. Please note that Whizzy Co FZOC will not remove the block until payment has been made.
Compensation
